ERP Analyst; Remote

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The role will improve and support business use of CLA’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. This is a remote, full‑time position that offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

• Application leadership:
  Assist users with support requests, calculate test cases for enhancements from vendors or internal changes, validate vendor patches and upgrades, and provide customer‑service‑oriented interactions with internal clients at all levels.
• Training and curriculum development:
  Select instructional procedures, develop training materials, and use software applications to assemble and format information.
• Operations:
  Assist with enhancements, create process and technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides, and participate in project teams related to the ERP or data usage.

• At least 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
