• Create the processes for your team to deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations via web conferencing.
• Ensure your team is effectively delivering qualified POV’s through remote product installations and customizations.
• Work closely with the Sales Leaders to ensure their AE Teams are effectively working with the Corporate Sales Engineer to deliver the best solution to prospects and customers.
• Handle escalations from your team members or sales counterparts to ensure the prospect and customers have the best experience with the Crowd Strike solution.
• Demonstrate true leadership skills by enabling your team to be successful within the Crowd Strike Organization.

• Travel is required for attending trade shows, business meetings, and other leadership related activities.

• 10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of Management experience exhibiting ability to mentor, coach, train, and lead a group
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment on multiple engagements.
• Self‑motivated and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress.
• The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.
• A curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit.
• Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti‑virus solutions.
