Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant, you will partner with customers and internal teams to design, deploy, personalize, and support client onboardings. You’ll demonstrate Value of the Enterprise platform and paint the vision of what’s technically possible, blending technical expertise with compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5‑500 users.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure a smooth delivery through our Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients throughout the implementation process.
• Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services resources.
• Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration and end‑user training.
• Execute basic project management tasks—create onsite agendas, track task lists, and report project status—ensuring the project stays within scope and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.
• Minimum of 2 years as an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, acting as a billable resource with a utilization target.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and strong command of the English language.
• Ability and availability for travel (5‑10%) to customer sites for face‑to‑face meetings, as requested by the customer.
