Business Integrations Analyst; Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration & Transformation:
• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes that extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Develop SQL views, stored procedures, and automation scripts to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Conduct thorough validation and testing to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Create and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and Excel-based summary reports (weekly/monthly) for financial, operational, and strategic insights.
• Partner with business units to interpret data needs and develop efficient, scalable reporting solutions.
• Implement automation for recurring data refreshes and report distribution leveraging the Azure ecosystem (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)

  Collaboration:
• Identify opportunities for automation, data quality improvement, and workflow efficiency across departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new data sources, streamline reporting pipelines, and enhance system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving data transformation, reporting, or integration processes.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• 3–6 years of experience developing ETL processes, data pipelines, and/or warehouse solutions.
• 3–6 years of experience collaborating across business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI and Excel for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• 1–2 years of working with Azure tools (e.g., Functions, Logic Apps, Blob Storage) and VS Code
• Strong experience with Python (Pandas, Num Py, Flask) and working with APIs, JSON, and RPA techniques.
• Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as Pandas, Num Py, and Flask.
• Strong SQL skills for data modeling, transformation, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data formats (JSON, XML, HTML/JavaScript).
• Experience with RPA or other process automation techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture and BI principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through to completion.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
