• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visual reporting used across business functions
• Partner with operational and business leaders to understand information needs and deliver concise, actionable recommendations
• Analyze data to uncover trends related to fulfillment, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Improve decision-making by enhancing how information is structured, visualized, and delivered to stakeholders
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 2+ years in an analytics-focused role such as Business Analyst or Data Analyst
• Proficiency with dashboarding and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Quick Sight, etc.)
• SQL experience for data querying and transformation
• Strong data storytelling skills and understanding of performance metrics

• Experience in the fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Hands-on application of ML/AI in business intelligence (e.g., predictive dashboards, anomaly detection, demand forecasting)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Snowflake)
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance
• Curiosity and passion for how AI can transform BI and decision-making
