Travel and Events Associate at Baires Dev

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Technical Product Manager to join a Product Team. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of product management and a proven track record of successful collaboration with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams. You will develop and maintain a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs, with a strong focus on data‑driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience gathering customer requirements, documenting product specifications, and defining APIs and interfaces with a focus on data.

• Define and document detailed product specifications, including user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Design and define interfaces and APIs for the product, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and components.
• Create comprehensive API documentation to facilitate developer understanding and integration.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the product meets and exceeds their expectations, using a customer‑centric approach and best practices.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful product releases, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive the product development process from ideation to launch.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on technical or data‑driven products.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and documenting product specifications (user stories and functional requirements).
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of APIs, interface design, and software development processes.
• Familiarity with data technologies, including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL processes, and data analytics tools.
• Advanced level of English.

• Prior experience working in a product company.
• Experience with business stakeholders (internal and external clients).
• Technical background as a software engineer.
• Background in backend technologies or backend products.
• Academic background in Data Science.
