A well-established digital health platform is seeking a results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in Ad Tech. In this fully remote role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful digital advertising solutions that reach patients in meaningful ways, all while ensuring compliance and performance in a highly regulated environment.
Role:
Own and prioritize the ad tech roadmap across a growing health media platform
Drive strategic vision for advertising solutions that align with business goals
Partner with engineering to ensure secure, scalable ad delivery
Collaborate with design to create intuitive, engaging ad experiences for patients
Act as liaison across product, sales, compliance, and tech teams
Define and track KPIs to improve ad performance and engagement
Stay current with industry trends, standards (IAB, VAST), and innovations
Requirements:
3+ years in a Product Manager/Owner role in ad tech, media, or health tech
️ Experience with ad systems:
Google Ad Manager, DV360, VAST/VPAID, Kevel
️ Integration experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, and similar platforms
Developed software for both consumer and enterprise audiences
Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and digital health compliance
️ Agile practitioner with experience using Jira, Confluence
Bonus:
Healthcare marketing knowledge and/or interactive patient platforms
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Benefits:
Salary Range: $74,000–$141,000
