• Salary up to $89,000, commensurate with experience

• Build a deep understanding of political and nonprofit users through research and feedback loops to inform product requirements
• Engage end users in the prioritization and roadmap process using product metrics and user interactions
• Partner with data science, analytics, and data engineering to define model goals and product direction
• Write clear requirements for machine learning/data features and monitor production model performance
• Foster cross-functional leadership and inclusivity within teams to enhance product development

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights and drive product decisions
• Technical communication skills to translate complex topics into actionable product direction
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in data science and engineering
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex technical roadmaps
• Passion for progressive and philanthropic causes and digital innovation

• Direct experience building or managing products that leverage data science or machine learning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, discussing data quality and model metrics
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a technical field or equivalent technical experience
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks, or analytics tools
• Experience in political tech, nonprofit fundraising, civic tech, or mission-driven organizations
