Trauma Solutions Onboarding Specialist at National Quality Systems

NQS is seeking a highly experienced, customer-focused individual with a strong trauma background to lead and support a variety of customer-facing initiatives. This hybrid role blends trauma program management expertise with direct involvement in client onboarding, software demos, training, project coordination, customer support, outreach, and industry engagement.
The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in trauma care and trauma program operations, ideally from an ACS-verified Level I or II Trauma Center. This individual will play a critical role in guiding hospitals and trauma centers to maximize the value of the NQS platform and ensure industry best practices are embedded in their workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Support
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and key liaison between NQS and trauma program clients.
- Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer support to clients utilizing the NQS platform.
- Act as a senior resource for complex customer questions related to trauma workflow, standards, and compliance.
- Lead and manage onboarding for new clients from kickoff through go-live, including project planning, task coordination, and client communications.
- Collaborate with integration and product teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Support data validation, go-live readiness, and transition planning.
- Conduct live and virtual product demos tailored to trauma programs and registrars.
- Develop and deliver custom training plans and resources for hospitals based on their roles and workflows.
Evaluate training efficacy and continually improve training programs in alignment with industry changes.
- Represent NQS at industry conferences, webinars, and client-facing events as a thought leader in trauma program management.
- Maintain a current understanding of ACS, NTDB, and state trauma standards and regulatory changes.
- Actively participate in industry networks to promote NQS as a leader in trauma registry solutions.
- Provide input to product and engineering teams regarding clinical workflows, data accuracy, and user experience.
- Mentor and collaborate with the broader customer success team on trauma-specific education and support needs.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in good standing (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) optional but preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in trauma care, including significant time in trauma program leadership or coordination roles.
- Deep familiarity with trauma registry operations, ACS requirements, NTDB, and trauma performance improvement.
- Experience with SaaS, healthcare IT systems, or trauma data platforms preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; PMP certification a plus.
- Exceptional communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Adept in managing multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
