Description About the Role

You will lead the development of Gemineye’s reporting, AI, and data modeling products used by banks and credit unions. This role bridges product strategy, technical development, and client outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineers, Power BI developers, analysts, and stakeholders to create scalable, insight‑driven tools that help our clients leverage their data for real‑world decision‑making. In addition to driving core product strategy, you may also lead professional services engagements to design custom reporting and analytics solutions for individual clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain and execute a product roadmap across reporting, AI, and data modeling initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and feature definitions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build semantic models and data experiences that scale
  • Guide the design and usage of Power BI‑based reports and dashboards
  • Lead the evolution of our AI‑powered tools for client‑facing use cases
  • Ensure client feedback informs prioritization and design
  • Align cross‑functional contributors around a shared vision for the reporting and insights layer
  • Define and track metrics to measure product adoption and impact
  • Work directly with clients to design and deliver custom reporting and insights solutions as part of professional services engagements
Must-haves in a Candidate:
  • Experience working with financial institutions (banks or credit unions)
  • Product leadership experience building analytics or reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of Power BI, including data models, DAX, and deployment pipelines
  • Familiarity with data science workflows and how predictive or AI models are operationalized
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, data, and client success teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead through influence in a cross‑functional environment
  • High level of initiative and ownership
Nice to Have in a Candidate:
  • Familiarity with Databricks One, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture
  • Familiarity with Databricks
  • Experience with semantic model design and enterprise‑scale reporting standards
  • Understanding of AI/ML products, especially in business intelligence contexts
  • Experience defining or integrating predictive models into reporting workflows
  • Enjoy collaborating with technical and non‑technical teammates
  • Like taking ownership of your work and solving new challenges
  • Can manage your own time and priorities without much oversight
