• Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and students to understand their needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized Customer Success plans based on stakeholder requirements
• Organize and maintain customer data throughout the partnership
• Advocate for customers by managing and resolving issues effectively
• Conduct training sessions to enhance customer engagement and product usage

• Prior experience in customer success roles
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong relational intelligence and strategic thinking abilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience in developing customer success strategies
• Background in education or training environments
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data interpretation
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations
