- Act as a liaison between the employer's technology team and oncology practices to ensure efficient IT service delivery
- Manage the service delivery process and report on key performance indicators to identify trends and issues
- Participate in oncology practice projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate IT communications and serve as an escalation path for IT-related concerns at oncology practices
- Provide day-to-day IT leadership to resolve operational issues and maintain IT practice portfolios
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills in healthcare systems and IT functional areas
- Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-IT audiences
- Experience in implementing IT strategies aligned with business requirements
- Subject matter expertise in various IT domains, including software applications, networking, and systems integration
- Experience in physician practice IT
- Direct supervisory experience
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies
- ITIL4 Foundation certification
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
