We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI to design and deliver innovative solutions for Telco BSS/OSS ecosystems. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, business acumen, and hands‑on experience in architecting AI‑driven platforms that enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and monetization strategies.
Location: Although our preference is for candidates based in Atlanta, we welcome applications from qualified individuals nationwide.
What will your job look like?- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI‑driven solutions. Present architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Define end‑to‑end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solution architectures for telecom BSS/OSS systems. Integrate AI capabilities into existing Amdocs platforms and customer environments. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks (LLMs, multi‑agent systems, RAG, orchestration platforms). Drive innovation by leveraging Agentic AI for autonomous workflows and decision‑making.
- Delivery & Governance: Provide guidance to development teams on implementation best practices. Ensure alignment with Amdocs’ architecture principles and Telco‑specific requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML‑based solutions. Proven experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains (billing, CRM, order management, network orchestration).
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), GenAI models (LLMs, transformers), and Agentic AI orchestration. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Proficiency in data engineering, API integration, and event‑driven architectures.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecom processes: customer lifecycle management, service provisioning, network operations. Experience with OSS/BSS integration patterns and TM Forum standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex solution designs.
- Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) and multi‑agent orchestration frameworks.
- Exposure to Amdocs product suite or similar Telco platforms.
- Work on cutting‑edge AI solutions transforming the telecom industry.
- Collaborate with global teams and leading service providers.
- Drive innovation in Agentic AI for autonomous operations and customer experience.
