Job Description
This Senior Principal Cloud Consultant within Oracle North America Consulting (ONAC) will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time and Labor and Absence Management solutions. You will work with your clients to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle's modern best practices processes.
Responsibilities- Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting Oracle Fusion Cloud Time & Labor (OTL) &/or Absence Management (ABM) solutions
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution
- Understand Oracle's implementation methodology and use it on all engagements
- Configure the Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL and/or ABM solutions
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
- Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live
- Support the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration efforts
- Assist the integration consulting team in building, configuring and testing integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
- Complete the client work on time and budget
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members
- Full life cycle implementation experience on at least two (2) Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence Management implementations
- Experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules a plus
- Experience implementing third party/competitor scheduling systems is a plus
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus
- Experience implementing HCM SaaS applications
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel, as needed (primarily within North America)
Remote / Work from Home (US-based) with 50% - 70% travel possible

CompensationUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
