Join us as (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) and take full ownership of the channels that fuel our success. Your mission: attract high-quality leads and trial users through data-driven paid campaigns, SEO excellence, and continuous website optimisation.
So if you’ve worked as a Growth Manager, PPC Manager, or Paid Media Manager, this role could be for you. You’ll develop hypotheses, run tests, evaluate results — and scale what drives real impact.
- You own and execute all paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on SEA/Google Ads and complementary paid social (e.g., Meta, Linked In).
- You build and scale efficient paid funnels that consistently drive high-quality free trials and inbound leads.
- You develop and execute coherent organic growth strategies to increase search visibility in collaboration with external partners and our internal content team.
- You improve website and landing page performance by defining CRO hypotheses, running A/B tests, and prioritising data-driven improvements to maximise sign-ups and lead quality.
- You drive top‑of‑funnel performance for demand motions, ensuring acquisition campaigns deliver both volume and the right customer fit.
- You define performance goals, manage budgets, and track KPIs – delivering actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
- Degree in marketing, business, e‑commerce, or similar – career changers with proven digital growth experience welcome.
- 3+ years in performance marketing (SEA, paid social) with hands‑on SEO and CRO experience.
- Experience running paid acquisition for B2B or SaaS is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and common SEO tools.
- Experience collaborating with developers or agencies on website/CRO improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with GA4, tracking tools, and testing platforms.
- Proven ability to drive measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation (Hub Spot a plus).
- High sense of ownership – you take initiative and drive outcomes.
- Excellent German and English skills (C1+).
