What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support professional services clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
- Gather requirements and configure solutions to ensure seamless integration with enterprise-wide processes
- Conduct data migration and reconciliation of project-related transactions from legacy systems to Oracle PPM Cloud
- Lead training and change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption of the system
- Interact with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into system configurations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
- At least 12+ years of overall experience in ERP consulting or implementation
- Strong expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Grants Management
- Proficiency in configuring workflows, approval hierarchies, and role-based security in Oracle Cloud
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oracle PPM Cloud certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience integrating Oracle PPM Cloud with Oracle Financials, Procurement, HCM, and external applications
- Experience in project-based financial management in the professional services industry
