Technology Transfer Analyst (DOD)
Join General Dynamics Information Technology as a Technology Transfer Analyst supporting the Army’s Technology Transfer Office.
Job OverviewAll assays, drafts, reviews, and recordings of technology transfer agreements across a spectrum of DoD programs, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate agreement package development with the Director and product managers from drafting through execution.
- Draft, staff, and manage partner reviews, version control, signatures, and final recording of agreements.
- Maintain documents and correspondence in accordance with Army regulations and SOPs.
- Accurately draft, review, edit, and format agreements including CRADAs, MTAs, IAAs, MOUs, MOAs, CTAs, and NDAs.
- Track, file, and record agreements in the Army Tech Transfer database.
- Enter agreements into the required review systems and maintain files.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings; attend product meetings and adhere to Army protocols.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite; schedule multi‑person meetings via Outlook.
- Perform other related duties such as conference room reservations, virtual and in‑person scheduling, and support special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of technology transfer regulations and best practices.
- Public Trust (T1) clearance obtainable.
- Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize workload.
- Preferred: 8+ years experience.
Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000, based on experience and location. Hybrid remote/office (2 days telework; no travel required).
