Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored success plans and identify specific business challenges
  • Partner with customers to drive adoption of legal AI solutions through training and mutual strategies
  • Lead executive business reviews and develop joint roadmaps for success with customers
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to internal teams to influence product enhancements
Qualifications
  • Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology or with legal professionals
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within legal tech or SaaS firms
  • Experience with global and large law practices is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships
  • Curiosity about technology and AI developments, with a focus on staying ahead in legal tech advancements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Proactive, personable approach to problem-solving and delivering measurable outcomes
