PrimaryResponsibilities
- Support the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of existing Loan Origination and Loan Management Systems
- Support system improvements, process enhancements, and software updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes
- Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain system accuracy and adherence to industry best practices
- Support integration of new products, expanded offerings, and critical system integrations
- Document comprehensive data and system requirements aligned with evolving business needs and strategic objectives
- Serve as a primary liaison across business units, conducting in-depth analyses and creating robust documentation
- Evaluate and communicate system requirements, maintain processes, and deliver monthly status reports
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and data collection sessions to capture business needs
- Author and maintain functional specifications, BRDs, and process maps
- Perform daily analytics to maximize system effectiveness, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions meet business requirements
- Conduct analyses to support data-driven decisions and strategic investments
- Stay current with trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in lending systems and business analysis
- 2+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems development, or related enterprise environment
- Expertise in requirements analysis, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of AI trends and technologies relevant to financial services (predictive analytics, NLP, intelligent automation)
- In-depth understanding of the loan lifecycle
- Proven solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven outstanding communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build solid relationships across all organizational levels
- Ability to travel 10%
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Professional certifications: CBAP, PBA, or ECBA
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Familiarity with lending platforms (e.g., Loan Pro)
- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Azure Dev Ops)
Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive salary range: $71,200 to $127,200 annually, based on full-time employment
- Comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements)
- Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. with requirement to work in the office at least four days per week for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. hires
