Positions Available: 3-6 Consultants
We are seeking experienced IBM Verify consultants to join a client IAM product consolidation project on a contract basis. The engagement involves migrating existing Ping and Duo implementations to IBM Security Verify, requiring hands‑on expertise in SSO, provisioning, MFA technologies, and application migration. Consultants will work remotely from LATAM (Mexico preferred) or India, collaborating with US‑based project teams.
ResponsibilitiesYou will assist in the migration of applications from Ping and Duo to IBM Security Verify, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing IBM Security Verify solutions to meet client identity and access management requirements. You will integrate IBM Verify with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms, and develop and configure authentication policies, access workflows, and identity governance controls.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during migration and post‑deployment is expected. You will document configurations, processes, and technical decisions for client knowledge transfer, and collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams across time zones.
Candidates must have three or more years of hands‑on experience with IBM Security Verify (SaaS or on‑premises). Experience integrating IBM Verify with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity providers is expected.
You should have a proven track record of successful IAM implementations in enterprise environments and be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Availability to collaborate with US‑based teams during overlapping business hours is necessary.
IBM Certified Administrator or Deployment Professional credentials for Security Verify are valued. Prior experience migrating from Ping Federate or Duo to IBM Verify is highly desirable. Experience with IBM Security Verify Governance or related identity governance solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with adjacent IBM security products such as ISAM or IGI. Previous consulting or client‑facing project delivery experience will strengthen your candidacy.
