• Mentor principal and senior engineers across the organization, elevating technical capabilities and establishing engineering excellence standards.

• 15+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Recognized expert in AI inference optimization, model serving, and distributed AI systems at massive scale.
• Deep expertise across multiple AI/ML disciplines, including inference frameworks, model optimization, platform architecture, and emerging AI technologies.
• Proven track record of building production AI platforms with architectural decisions that impact multiple products and business outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud‑native technologies at scale, with ability to solve unique problems.
• Exceptional technical leadership, creating networks across the organization, influencing strategic direction, and serving as a thought leader internally and externally.
