• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Epic Beaker Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Epic application certifications
• Considerable experience in conducting clinical applications analysis and programming
  
  Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Background in clinical laboratory science and information technology
• Direct patient care experience
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces
• Experience with complete system life cycles from initial planning to go-live
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
