Software Development Lead [Guidewire]
Hybrid (3 days in client office and 2 days work from home) in Hartford, CT (or) Hunt Valley, MD
Duration: 6+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead with deep expertise in Guidewire Policy Center to lead design, development, and configuration of enterprise insurance solutions. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role requiring strong Guidewire product knowledge, integration experience, and the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through complex delivery initiatives.
Must-Have Skills- Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD) – Expert / Strongly Preferred
- 8+ years of overall Guidewire / enterprise software development experience
- 5+ years in senior technical roles
- 2–3 years in a Technical Lead or Development Lead capacity
