Position: Sales Engineer - East Coast location (Remote)

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute technical sales strategies and collaborate with sales or partner teams throughout the sales cycle to achieve sales quotas
  • Elicit business problems from prospects and partners to demonstrate how ORDR's products can provide solutions
  • Drive demos, PoVs, presentations, workshops, RFPs, technical assessments, and evaluations
  • Onboard and enable partners to perform all presales activities effectively
  • Represent the business at industry events and share thought leadership
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of business outcomes versus product features
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical sales engineer for a cybersecurity or networking product company
  • At least 5 years of experience with Networking (LAN Switching) technologies
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with network access control lists (ACL) or Network Access Control (NAC) security solutions
  • Proven ability to drive the technical sales process from planning to closing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ideally, 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity, specifically in Vulnerability Management or Network Security
  • Experience executing and managing pre-sales technical activities
  • Strong relationship management and project management skills
  • High ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of multitasking with sales target success
