Position: Sales Enablement - Product Data Hub Specialist (US REMOTE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Product Data Hub project, ensuring successful rollout with defined timelines and deliverables
  • Serve as a bridge between IT and Business by translating complex technical requirements into actionable adoption plans
  • Create and implement a comprehensive change management plan for the Product Data Hub rollout
  • Lead communication efforts with senior leadership to provide status updates and critical awareness conversations
  • Assist in developing and executing the strategy for AI adoption within the sales organization
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations, Sales Enablement, or Project Management
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Ability to effectively manage cross-functional initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with AI sales tools and technologies
  • Background in creating training materials and sales enablement content
  • Familiarity with change management strategies
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement
  • Strong presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership
