Position: Sales Enablement - Product Data Hub Specialist (US REMOTE)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Product Data Hub (PDH) project, ensuring successful rollout and stakeholder alignment
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear adoption plans for new users
  • Create and implement a comprehensive change management plan for the PDH rollout
  • Coordinate training sessions and materials to prepare users for new tools and strategies
  • Assist in developing and executing AI adoption strategies across the sales organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational-focused role such as Sales/Business Operations, Sales Enablement, Project Management, or Marketing
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Experience with cross-functional project leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience with AI technologies and sales enablement tools
  • Familiarity with training content creation and program development
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate emerging sales technologies
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and present strategic updates
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives
