Unlike most in the e-commerce arena, almost all of our technological design, development, and systems management is done in-house, allowing us to create custom solutions within an ever-changing market. This consistent, organic growth is why we have a need for a Site Reliability Manager looking to further their career.

This role focuses on supporting our web application development and e-commerce teams and is a key part of growing the many facets of our business.

As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be:

• Working effectively in a collaborative and innovative team-oriented environment.
• Responsible for hiring and growing the team.
• Mentoring and managing performance of approximately 10 direct reports to facilitate career goals
• Organizing and managing timelines, which includes collaborating with Development, BA, QA and other IT teams.
• Actively contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements.
• Ensuring our fun and open culture is preserved.
