Join BAE Systems Digital Intelligence as an Agile Coach in Leeds, United Kingdom. Work with National Security customers to build and run mission‑critical systems.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops and delivery teams to design, develop, deploy and maintain applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help adopt new practices.
• Serve as a living example of Scrum and mentor junior developers.
• Engage with end‑users and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide flexible solutions.

• Leadership experience in a professional software or systems team.
• Championing Scrum and agile principles within a team.
• Knowledge of the software lifecycle and agile methodologies for large projects.
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers, setting an example and identifying training needs.
• Facilitating team meetings and drawing ideas from all members.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA and Trello.
• Continuous pursuit of process improvements.
• Enthusiasm and fun.
• A Scrum certification such as PSM or CSM (preferred).
• Scaled Agile framework certification such as SAFe or Scrum@Scale (preferred).
• Project or service management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Experience with software development or design.
