Position: Customer Experience Lead – Telco/UCaaS (Remote)
Location: City Of London

A leading tech organisation in London is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to enhance the customer journey primarily for Telco solutions. This full-time role is mainly remote, requiring only 2 days a month on-site in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial track record in customer experience, with expertise in UC and metrics reporting, and must demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
