This role is part of our Remote Monitoring Solutions product line. As an Aftersales Support specialist, you will work closely with the Customer Support Team, Business Development Team, and Aftersales Manager to handle requests and sales opportunities. The position is based in our Milton Keynes office with the flexibility to work from home.

- Responsible for service subscription renewals worldwide – validate order and service details, maintain records, check equipment status, and prepare invoices for finance.
- Actively manage and support departments to reduce SIM costs by confirming project completion and equipment no‑longer required.
- Coordinate refurbishments from customer request to return, including issuing and processing replacement equipment requests.
- Assist in day‑to‑day commercial aspects of aftersales including additional orders, site visits, remote support, upgrades, and training.
- Maintain good communication with customers and Senceive teams to prepare quotations, process sales orders following commercial guidelines.
- Track and follow up on quotations and sales orders, chase customers and teams, and coordinate escalations.
- Coordinate the returns process across departments.
- Support Aftersales Commercial Lead with SLA agreements, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- A flexible, well‑organised approach with the ability to react quickly, multi‑task, and work under varying priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, initiative, and decisive action.
- A positive, professional attitude and a desire to complete tasks to the highest standard.
- A strong, pleasant communicator at all levels, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proven ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in providing quality customer service.
- Experience in admin / process coordination.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to work with Excel, Word, and other Office apps.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working in a B2B or corporate environment.
- Experience in Rail, Infrastructure and construction markets.
- Experience using Salesforce & SAP.
- Able to speak a 2nd language – ideally French, Spanish or German.
