Channel Impact is hiring an Event Content Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our client’s events organization to provide technical project management for the content and audience engagement teams supporting large global flagship events.
This is a full time role, with benefits for a remote worker in the United States.
What You’ll Be Doing:Event Content support
- PM for client’s AI Assistant, working with global content team to optimize recommendations and with client’s IT to meet deadlines.
- PM for client’s Content Curator—design and wireframes of tool, devise and manage QA plan & testing plan. Manage APIs and test data.
- Write business requirement documents and user stories for Agile development of event content tools.
- QA and Test Plan Lead – for multiple client event portals.
- WEM management and support.
- Global Reporting and Analysis.
- Adobe Analytics Lead for platform.
- Manage Certificate of Completion process for event attendees.
- Manage web reporting for client Event Platform.
- 10+ years technical event project management experience, PMP Certification (Preferred).
- Proven experience with user story development and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience with project management tools:
Trello, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence. - Proven experience with reporting tools:
Adobe Analytics, Mongo db. - Proven experience with content management systems:
Rainfocus. - Proven experience with event platforms:
Rainfocus (required). - Proficient with AI tools, prompts and deep research.
- Comfortable working at many different levels within organizations.
- Ability to build strong business/cross functional partnerships including being seen as a trusted advisor.
- Outstanding communications skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
- Strong analytical skills, complex problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
- BA/BS in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
