Tasks What you will doYou’ll become part of an infra team of 3 working closely with our CTO. You’re the team that keeps the engine running and fixes things fast. Your work will vary, and you’ll get your hands on lots of new tech.
- Ensure uptime and performance of blockchain network infrastructure
- Own routine and emergency maintenance including updates and patches
- Monitor systems proactively and respond quickly to alerts or incidents
- Investigate and mitigate outages or downtime with urgency
- Design and improve network architecture and workflows
- Configure and maintain network hardware, bare metal servers, and firewalls
- Set up and maintain load balancers and secure networking practices
- Continuously develop operational processes and documentation
- You are an experienced systems or infrastructure engineer with hero level Linux skills
- The only hard requirement is “LINUX” but Ansible, Terraform and bare metal are all nice to have
- You have hands on experience setting up firewalls and load balancers
- You’re no stranger to networking and architecture
- Able to independently manage, troubleshoot, and improve systems performance
- Crypto/blockchain experience is welcome but not required, we hire for potential and mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and flexibility to adapt
- You need to be prepared to cover on call duties (fairly divided by the 3 in the team)
- Open to occasional travel and enjoy working in a distributed, self‑directed team
