Position: Agile Project Manager (ServiceNow)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for the Service Now development team
  • Guide the team through the project's phased delivery framework, ensuring successful execution
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Act as the primary facilitator for communication between stakeholders and the development team
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and retrospectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT implementation environment
  • Proven experience in the Telecommunications industry, understanding specific processes and challenges
  • 3+ years of experience leading Service Now implementations or similar enterprise IT projects
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Service Now platform implementations in the telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and others
  • Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
  • Experience working in a consulting environment
