- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for the Service Now development team
- Guide the team through the project's phased delivery framework, ensuring successful execution
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Act as the primary facilitator for communication between stakeholders and the development team
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and retrospectives
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT implementation environment
- Proven experience in the Telecommunications industry, understanding specific processes and challenges
- 3+ years of experience leading Service Now implementations or similar enterprise IT projects
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills
- Experience with Service Now platform implementations in the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and others
- Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
- Experience working in a consulting environment
