• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans and collaborate on go-to-market strategies with Commercial Enablement.
• Support internal and external pipeline management, aligning customer opportunities with partnership goals.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, track vendor earnings, and analyze commercial and channel performance.
• Drive sales initiatives, incentives, and training programmes in coordination with Commercial Enablement.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, representing Softcat at UK industry events.
• Maintain technical certifications, resolve vendor-related issues, and ensure alignment with senior alliance leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in partnership and vendor management, ideally with Microsoft collaborations.
• Skilled in leading business reviews and delivering impactful presentations.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AZ‑900) and up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Ability to build inclusive relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail to drive performance insights and prioritize tasks effectively.
