We’re a fully remote, senior-level marketing team that’s been operating for over 12 years—long before remote work was trendy.
We partner with growing B2B companies (primarily in North America) to help them scale through lean, high-impact execution. We’re not a bloated agency with layers of account managers—we’re operators and specialists who care about results, not vanity metrics.
This isn’t a gig, freelance filler, or stepping-stone job. We’re building a team of self-starters who think like owners, operate with systems, and want to grow with a long-term, performance‑first team.
The RoleWe’re hiring a Full Stack Marketing Specialist to own the creation, optimization, and distribution of content across multiple channels—with a focus on measurable performance and continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for writing, editing, publishing, and tracking content that supports top‑of‑funnel and mid‑funnel growth. You’ll work within an established marketing system, supported by strategists, paid media experts, and designers—but you’ll own the written word, campaign delivery, and channel execution.
This role is systems‑focused, writing‑driven, and performance‑based. You should be comfortable working autonomously and leveraging tools (including AI) to speed up workflows without compromising quality.
What You’ll Own- Write clear, strategic marketing copy for email, landing pages, blog articles, and social posts that align with brand voice and move prospects through the funnel.
- Review, refine, and optimize existing content for clarity, structure, and conversion performance. Maintain high editorial standards across all marketing materials.
- Build and deploy campaigns across email, blog, and social platforms. Schedule and manage content using automation and scheduling tools.
- Write, build, and schedule email broadcasts and automations in Active Campaign. QA links, formatting, and segmentation logic to ensure smooth execution.
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization – identify friction in marketing funnels and improve messaging, layout, and flow to boost lead capture and conversion rates.
- Build repeatable workflows, templates, and playbooks for campaign types and content series. Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve how we work.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.) to accelerate content ideation, editing, and distribution—while maintaining editorial quality and human relevance.
- You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution.
- You’re confident writing copy from scratch and refining it to perform across email, web, and social.
- You understand the fundamentals of conversion—how to structure content that drives action.
- You’re systems‑driven and fluent in tools like Active Campaign, Hub Spot, MS365, and scheduling platforms.
- You’ve used AI tools to improve your workflows (and you know when not to use them).
- You work independently, follow through, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- You’re not here for short‑term freelance work—you’re looking to plant roots and grow inside a long‑term team.
