Our fast-growing team are experts in delivering services to clients across the region, and you will be responsible for supporting clients in third‑line and one‑site project implementation. We are looking for people who can demonstrate most of the following:
Attention to detail, persistence, client care and a strong communication style. Experience in MS Office technology, particularly M365 implementation and support, Windows Server design and implementation, Active Directory, Cloud, particularly Azure, Firewalls, networking, storage, and Virtualisation tech such as Hyper‑V/VMWare. We offer a very competitive salary upwards from £35,000 along with a range of benefits. Some notes, this role will be working with clients in Worcestershire and Herefordshire; therefore, the ability to travel to clients in this location as well as our HQ in Stourport is essential. Ideally, you will have a UK driving licence. We cannot sponsor visas at any stage.

• Good knowledge of Active Directory design and implementation
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)
• Understanding of security solutions, such as the implementation of Nextgen Firewalls
• Good knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper‑V/VMWare). Also Server, Storage.
• Good knowledge of Networking (switches (incl VLAN), Firewalls)
