Product & Provider Specialist

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 9.30am-6.45pm (Monday to Thursday) 9.15am – 6.30pm (Friday)

Location: Bournemouth Office, with hybrid opportunities available upon achieving competency.

About the Role:

As a Product & Provider Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Executives by answering the internal support helpline, providing expert guidance on insurer options for customers with varying medical backgrounds. Your insights will ensure accurate pricing and effective risk assessment, ensuring we provide good customer outcomes. Supporting Sales Executives with product and provider information your role is critical in helping us achieve good customer outcomes.

This is a busy role and alongside supporting our sales teams you will be conducting research, liaising with our insurers, reviewing policies and keeping up to date with underwriting knowledge across the team. It is therefore critical you enjoy a challenge, love being busy and can juggle a number of priorities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage sensitive customer and business interactions with discretion and care.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in life insurance, financial services or a regulated industry is desirable but by no means essential!
