Accela Technical Configuration Specialist

The Accela Functional Lead is familiar with a range of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies and various development methodologies have been applied; has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to rationalize complex information to make it understandable for others to work; and ability to interrogate reported information and challenge sources where inconsistencies are found.

• Experience working with Accela (or one of the Accela System Integration Partners) in the public sector
• Experience with COTS Agile
• Big 4/5 consulting experience is desirable
• CSM or PMP is desirable

The compensation for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 13 days accrued PTO.
