- Lead the product strategy and execution for GenAI-enabled enterprise productivity solutions
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Establish success metrics to evaluate adoption and continuous improvement of productivity solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and user experience goals
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing productivity tools for integration and automation opportunities
- Minimum of 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise, SaaS, or internal platform products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery
- Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
- Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and delivering measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering GenAI, LLM, or automation-driven productivity products
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools and ecosystems (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, etc.)
- Understanding of enterprise data security, access control, and knowledge management
- Prior experience in IT or internal platform product management
- Relevant certifications or background in AI, product strategy, or enterprise systems
