The Role

We are seeking a full‑time Information Technology Analyst to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining key restaurant systems, including NCR Aloha POS, Microsoft 365, Olo, and other restaurant technologies.

This is a hybrid position that combines remote work and on‑site visits. You will report to the Director of IT.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, with availability during restaurant operating hours.

Travel: Required between locations for projects and troubleshooting. All travel and business expenses are covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for restaurant and corporate systems
• Manage and maintain NCR Aloha POS, Microsoft 365, Olo, and related technologies
• Develop and implement process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Support networking, web, and security systems
• Complete on‑site projects at restaurant locations as needed
• Travel expenses covered
• Opportunity to learn and work with new restaurant technologies

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with Windows systems, networking, and Office 365
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Ability to research, test, and implement solutions quickly
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with restaurant or hospitality technology systems
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with NCR Aloha POS
• Ability to perform well under pressure
