Client is seeking a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developer to spearhead the development and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. The role requires proven expertise in Microsoft GCC tenant environments, model‑driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and related integration technologies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia IT policies, solution management, environment variables, and reusable components, as well as experience working with Virginia state agencies.

• Aid in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of D365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all D365 development efforts and issues.
• Document requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, and platform usage guidelines.
• Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and leverage Power Platform tools to propose solutions.
• Function as a liaison between client and customer agencies; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
• Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/Power Apps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.

• 5+ years as a Power Platform/D365 Developer.
• 5+ years managing solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service.
• 8+ years of customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug‑Ins, and Workflows.
• 5+ years using standard & premium connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services.
• 3+ years working in a Microsoft GCC tenant.
• 5+ years extensive experience with model‑driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Desired: 2+ years experience with Dev Ops in Power Platform/D365 environments.
• Desired: 3+ years working with Virginia state agencies.
• Desired: 2+ years working knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia IT policies, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Adhere to best practices and client standards when implementing business solutions; define/refine governance approach.
