What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for assigned products, identifying root causes of customer issues
- Handle complex inquiries independently, escalating critical problems to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with teams to address cross-product issues, ensuring seamless support
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating articles with solutions to complex problems
- Analyze product trends through customer case analysis and propose preventative support initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in product support or technical support roles
- Typically 2-4 years of technical support or product support experience
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex product issues and collaborate across teams
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
- In-depth understanding of advanced features and integrations of assigned SaaS products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) and contributing to knowledge bases
- Proven track record of proactive engagement in identifying potential product issues
- Familiarity with cross-product collaboration and solving multi-product issues
- Experience in analyzing product usage patterns and proposing process improvements
