• Conduct keyword research and write copy for ads
• Structure campaigns and ad groups, determining optimal settings
• Analyze and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for clients across various industries
• Monitor campaign success using reporting tools and provide performance improvement suggestions
• Stay current with updates and best practices in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads

• A minimum of 6 months experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns
• Experience with the Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate large Google Ads data sets in Excel
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet if working remotely

• One or more years of professional Google Ads experience
• Google Ads Certification
• Bing and Facebook paid advertising experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, and Basecamp
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and online content development
