• Work closely with Channel/VAR/Reseller/Solution Provider Partners, their Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to promote and further Crowd Strike Alliances growth.

• Develop and promote Partner/Client self-service solutions. Train and educate partner SE and Sales staff about Crowd Strike solutions and integrations.

• Drive effective and compliant adoption of partner not-for-resale environments for customer demonstrations and internal training.

• Lead partners to achieve and aim to exceed accreditation and certification requirements.

• In conjunction with Alliances team, achieve and aim to exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.

• In conjunction with Alliances team, act as liaison between partner and Crowd Strike Sales/SE teams to overcome obstacles, assist with deal cycle, and identify opportunity for partners to add value.

• Work with other Solution Architects to build out and grow SA process standards.

• Assist partner team members to accomplish Crowd Strike training and certifications. Shadow partners in live deployments. Including but not limited to installations, troubleshooting and training for Crowd Strike products.

• Help partners deploy Crowd Strike to lab environments and resources.

• Assist with demo environments, ensuring partners have the necessary training and technology to demonstrate to prospects and current customers.

• Lead and Consult with partners on effective testing and POC/POV methodologies relevant to modern attack techniques.

• Utilize technology integrations in the partner's portfolio to create additional paths to growth. Identify and develop opportunities to enable partner-led professional services.

• Develop, adapt, translate and deliver content and messaging as part of executing partner joint marketing plan activities.

• Develop and execute strategic and focused technical enablement plans.

• Act as an interface between cross-functional internal teams to resolve issues.

• Provide reporting and feedback on partner field activities.

• Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner other sponsored events.

• Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms

• Knowledge in some of the following areas:
  Cloud security, endpoint detection and response, modern attack landscape, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Computer Forensics

• Experience in a security focused solution architect, sales engineer or similar role

• Strong fundamentals in network engineering: OSI model, IP routing/switching, DNS, HTTPS/SSL/TLS, etc.

• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and systems administration.

• Familiarity with modern attack techniques, various hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, common malware families, and Anti-Virus / IDS / IPS evasion techniques.

• Understanding of SOC operations and IT Process Automation / Orchestration

• Relentless problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives

• Ability to travel both domestic and internationally up to 40%

• Prior experience with data consumption capabilities including API's, scripting, and data exchange formats

• S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience/technical training

• Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment

• Optional:
  Scripting experience in Power Shell, VBScript, Bash and/or Python

• Optional: CISSP, GIAC GCFA, GCIH, Security+, CEH, or similar certifications
