Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics will be responsible for building and maintaining Domo/ Power BI dashboards. Role will require the person to work closely with data consultants and reporting analysts to get requirements for new dashboards and enhancements to existing dashboards. Analyst should be able to work and excel in dynamic ever changing environment. Analyst should possess a solid working knowledge of ETLs and creating pipelines.
Data analysts are also responsible for providing high level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activities. Analysts must possess a very solid understanding of data and visualization, and talent acquisition domain knowledge would be a plus. Some experience working with Oracle BI platforms would be a plus like OTBI, OBIEE, OAS, or BIP.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
- Be a key or core resource for complex issues, data discrepancies, and fire drills
- Assess and interpret customer requests for feasibility, priority, and complexity and document and delegate those requests within an agile/intake tool
- Consult with People Analytics and People Analytics team for developing and building prioritized and standard solutions
- Develop innovative solutions for both structured and unstructured data
- Create and maintain internal process documentation and customer-facing help documents
- Lead projects and change initiatives aligned to key priorities of People Analytics and People Analytics customers
- Understands priorities and organizes prescribed and non-prescribed work to meet or exceed deadlines and expectations
- Deeply understand and innovate underlying data structures of standard reporting (complex join criteria, table sources, data types, data definitions, dataflows) and be able to find, validate, combine, and export raw and derived data assets
