AI & Technical Training Lead

The AI & Technical Training Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing Nasdaq’s strategic vision by designing and delivering scalable, data-informed technology-oriented training experiences. This role blends strategic thinking, instructional design, AI integration, and leadership development to super-charge the growth of high-performing teams across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

AI Learning Strategy - Lead the upskilling of employees to facilitate the integration of AI tools into workflows to enhance personalization, adoption and efficiency.

Instructional Design & Delivery - Develop and deploy effective technical training programs aligned with business priorities.

Training Vendor Management - ensure our external eLearning platforms deliver impactful results across our technical knowledge and skills landscape.

Learning Analytics - measure learning outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design, AI integration, and leadership development.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning platforms.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with technology-related online learning platforms, live classroom training and learning analytics.

Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.

Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

The base pay range for this role is $115,500 - $192,500. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.

Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
