- 2-5 years of directly related experience

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, financial analysis, or data analytics within the insurance industry
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Excel; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of insurance products and ability to connect data insights to strategic objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
