* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, maintain relationships with the business, and drive standard business processes across the IT Enterprise.
* Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, create requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes.
* Maintain project documentation such as project lists, project status reports, and budget.
* Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, staying up-to-date on current trends and best practices; leverage expertise to produce solutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitate exceptional performance.
* Coordinate and report on project progress, obstacles, and accomplishments.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate would bring the following:
* 2+ years of related experience in process documentation or business analysis.
* Data Analysis and Migration Experience.
* Agile experience.
* Proven ability to translate business needs into clear and testable requirements.
* Experience writing and executing functional test scripts.
* ERP experience is a bonus.
* Warehouse Management experience is a bonus.
* Ability to communicate without technical jargon to the business and end-users.
* Demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.
* Ability to communicate with development teams.
* Demonstrate IT knowledge and expertise in the areas being developed or enhanced.
