• Collaborate with Clinical Quality Program Managers and cross‑functional teams to align on analytics priorities and deliver actionable insights
• Oversee the development of dashboards and visualizations to communicate the impact of clinical programs
• Identify and refine performance metrics that align with strategic goals and demonstrate program value
• Champion self‑service analytics adoption among care teams and stakeholders to enhance decision‑making
• Lead analytical efforts to support healthcare accreditation submissions and ensure compliance with quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in healthcare or digital health
• Expert SQL skills and proficiency in additional programming languages (Python or R preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of BI tools and data visualization, especially Tableau
• Experience analyzing data related to clinical outcomes, equity metrics, or quality improvement initiatives within digital health

• Experience with clinical quality measurement frameworks, including HEDIS and STAR ratings
• Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies to enhance clinical quality initiatives
• Experience influencing organizational OKRs through data and analytics
