• Develop objective scoring criteria and ambiguous task versions to train AI systems
• Collaborate with the quality team to understand guidelines and complete project onboarding
• Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to produce coherent outputs
• Design engaging examples and workflows based on your knowledge and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance or relevant sectors
• Familiarity with advanced tools such as Excel, R, Python, MATLAB, and SQL
• Proven ability to write clearly and professionally, explaining complex tasks simply
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level), both written and verbal

• CFA or any related globally recognized qualification
• Experience in cross-functional, applied, or international projects
• Creativity in designing realistic and engaging examples, cases, or workflows
